I graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours degree in Animal Biology, followed by completing my Veterinary Technician program at Seneca College. I've always had a deep love for animals, which started when I brought home two strays at age 9. In highschool I did a co-op placement at a veterinary clinic and knew week one it was the career path for me.
I thrive in emergency situations and have a particular interest in emergency medicine and anesthesia. Being part of an urgent care clinic allows me to help both healthy pets and those in need of immediate attention, working alongside a fantastic team to provide gold standard care.
Outside of work, I am an avid camper and biker, and I’ve been figure skating competitively for over 20 years. I also teach part-time at St. Clair College, helping to shape the future of veterinary technicians. I share my home with my husband, three small children, and two small dogs.
